AYURVEDA RETREAT DAY

Have you ever wondered about Ayurveda?

What it is, how it relates to yoga, how it can support your health… or maybe you’ve never heard of it but are feeling out- of kilter or your body or mind is grumbling at you?

When we’re out of balance, we experience dis- ease- issues with health, sleep, our mental state, hormones, chronic illness and more…

Join me for this self-reflective immersion into Ayurveda where we’ll establish our dominant dosha (constitution) and learn ways of bringing ourselves back into equilibrium and harmony (and better health!).
Pranayama (breathing practices) and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) will also be shared to enhance learning and well-being, leaving you feeling revitalised, inspired, with a deeper understanding of your self and ways to support your health.
