About Leah Miles
I'm Leah, an award-winning yoga teacher, therapist and mentor based in Dorset.

I help people who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or at a crossroads in life to reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater calm, clarity and confidence.

My work brings together yoga, nature-based practice and reflective mentoring, creating space for people to slow down, think clearly and reconnect with what matters most. Whether through a beach yoga class, a seasonal event, a nature immersion or a 1:1 mentoring session, my intention is the same: to help people feel more grounded, purposeful and aligned with who they truly are.

Deeply inspired by the natural world and the changing seasons, I believe that our wellbeing is closely connected to our relationship with both ourselves and our environment. Through practical, accessible tools and experiences, I support people to develop greater self-awareness, resilience and compassion for themselves, others and the world around them.

I am particularly passionate about addressing the growing disconnect between people and nature. Many of my sessions include opportunities to give back to the environment or wider community, from beach cleans and conservation activities to work with mental health support groups.

This approach led to me being recognised as Yoga Teacher of the Year 2024/25, celebrating my unique integration of yoga, nature connection, seasonal living and environmental stewardship. I am also the local representative for Surfers Against Sewage.

I offer beach and studio yoga classes, nature-based experiences, seasonal events, 1:1 mentoring, nature therapy sessions and wellbeing experiences for groups, organisations and businesses, both in person and online.
