About Leah Miles
Leah is an experienced yoga teacher and therapist who works with the body and environment, sharing practices that are aligned with and respectful of both. Her practices are often based in nature and are influenced by seasonal qualities. The intention within her work is that awareness of the self and connection to the whole is heightened, strengthened and celebrated. From this place, students go forward with increased inner understanding, compassion to themselves and others, increased conscious awareness and a peaceful mindset that enables them to live in a fulfilled, purposeful and effective way, aligned with their true self.
Regarding a harmonious relationship between the inner and outer environments as essential for the health of the individual, society and the planet, Leah offers practical tools aimed at all levels that support the individual in their holistic self-care. Passionate about addressing the disconnect between society and the nature, Leah’s sessions often include practices that are of service to the community and/or environment - including beach cleans and working with mental health support groups.
Leah is available for nature immersions, 1:1s, yoga and nature therapy sessions and group classes.
